Budget Friendly Entry Way

I have always been an interior design nut, and now that I have my own house it is needless to say getting worse.  Slowly but surly the house has been transforming into our home and I could not be happier.  Last week I decided to design and create our perfect entry way.  I have been decorating for Christmas and it just seemed like a good time.  I had no idea what I wanted to do.  So I started with the table.  Of course, no surprise here, I am on  constant budget for home decorating supplies so I knew that this task was going to be challenging.  I started scouting out tables on my favorite website: craigslist; and surprisingly found a great table for $25 bucks.  It was a little ugly, green and marbled but I saw some great potential.  A quick coating of black spray paint and we were in business.

The table done I turned to the accessories.  I already had the pig lamp, vintage bingo card and the mirror so naturally they were added.  I picked up a Norfolk pine tree at Home Depot for $10 and added blue vintage ornaments.  A seven dollar frame and three dollar grass dish from Ross finished the top of the table.  I must admit I was not crazy about the removable rack on the bottom of the table but I painted it anyway and put it on to see what I could do with it and I am so glad I did!  I placed three vintage locker baskets on the rack and then added four dollars worth of fire wood to make it look rustic.  So all together I spent $45 dollars and got just the look I was searching for.  It looks amazing and I could not beat the price.
